Stormwater Management & Erosion Control Training
Thursday, September 24, 2009 (8:30 AM - 4:00 PM)
Sheridan, Wyoming
Program
According to figures reported by the EPA, states throughout the Rocky Mountain Region have recently increased enforcement to target storm water violations, especially at construction and industrial sites. Agencies are sending a clear message that failure to abide with state and federal storm water programs can result in, at the very least, costly fines and project delays.
Are you and your company in compliance?
Do you know your states rules and regulations?
Over the course of a day, we will provide you with all the comprehensive information needed to assist in compliance and discuss the consequences for not controlling stormwater runoff. Upon class completion, our "graduates" will have the information necessary to determine which permit is required for each site and how to file in your state; how to develop and manage a realistic Stormwater Management Plan; and the ability to choose appropriate Best Management Practices (BMPs). By completing the workshop, attendees will be recognized as a qualified individual, in accordance with EPA regulations. We believe in equipping you with all the tools necessary to achieve and maintain compliance in the future.
